No Overnight Parking in street right-of-way

Just a friendly reminder that all personal vehicles are to be parked on your own driveway or inside your garage. (not to be left overnight in street right-of-way) As a property owner, we are all obligated to abide by certain predetermined Rules & Regulations as found in the association’s Governing Documents. We appreciate everyone's continued cooperation.

SLOW DOWN… Wildlife Crossing!

When you see a wildlife crossing sign, slow down and increase your awareness. Constantly scan along the tree line or into the fields for animals that may try to run across the road. Be on the lookout not just for the animal on the sign but for all types of wildlife when you are in or near a natural area, and be especially alert at dusk and dawn. Please SLOW DOWN!

Keep your dogs on a leash

Please keep your dogs on a leash when walking the neighborhood. All pets must be attended and on a leash except when within the confines of a residence or fenced area; no pet shall be allowed to roam the subdivision.
